A third-party provider receives names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in the search forms to produce its results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we use the contents of your message only to respond.

Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps maintain the service and measure page use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or similar technology.

County and state portals, archives, libraries, and third-party search services apply their own privacy terms. Information submitted after following a link, including through sponsored results, is governed by that provider.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. No enacted general Arizona consumer-privacy deletion statute was identified in the project research, but a request can still be made through the Contact page. We will check contact messages and available logs for responsive data. Public records held by Arizona, Yavapai County, or Prescott Valley offices remain under the control of those custodians.
